State Workers' Compensation Laws

The Branch of Planning, Policy, and Review, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, U.S. Department of Labor, has compiled a set of 20 tables on various provisions available under State workers’ compensation laws.

At the time of printing, the Branch had not received updated information from Alaska, the District of Columbia, Florida, Nevada, Oklahoma, and the Virgin Islands. We have therefore, printed the latest available information that we have for that jurisdiction.
